blah internet sorry it's been so long

Badly overdue update! the bloodwork tests all came back ok so whoop for that. I have to reschedule for a follow-up appointment. Meantime I'm trying to adjust my diet and take vitamin supplements to see if perhaps the health issues are just due to some sort of deficency or allergies or beh I dunno.

Just came back from a lovely vacation in AZ where H and myself got to go to the North American Discworld Convention. We met Terry Pratchett! WOO!

Really REALLY want to get in my house. While I've always had a little bit of nomad in me, I'm suffering now from a profound and lingering sense of displacement. I want something solid I can stamp my feet on and claim as mine. I grow weary of shuffling from one place to the other. Drawing and writing is very slow and sluggish but I still plug away at it in my spare time. It's a welcome distraction otherwise I would be dwelling too much on feeling impatient and peevish, what with waiting for all the i's to be dotted and and the t's to be crossed and for bricks for the underpinning to come in and this inspector to come do this or that and getting ALL my hopes up for everything to be finished only to go out to the lot day after day and see VERY little that has actually been done and make yet another phone call. It's maddening.

going to the doc's tommorrow. Gotta get some bloodwork done and figure out what's going on with me.
